Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Stdcmp (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The App
Stdcmp is an offline sticker collage and planning tool. You can browse sticker kits, edit boards on a canvas, apply templates, create checklist notes, save boards locally, and export images. The App does not provide chat, live streaming, matching, or public user-generated content feeds. Sign-in is a one-tap guest session on device only (no Apple ID login and no password).
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.
3. Your Content
Boards, notes, and photos you place in the App remain yours. Content is stored on your device. You are responsible for backing up important work (for example by exporting images to your Photos library).
4. In-App Purchases (Points)
- The App offers consumable Points packs only. There is no VIP membership, auto-renewing subscription, or “coins” currency separate from Points.
- Points may be used for premium stickers, premium fonts, and HD export, as shown in the App.
- Purchases are processed by Apple. Pricing and availability may vary by storefront.
- Points are credited to the App on your device after a successful purchase. Consumable Points are generally not restorable across devices the same way non-consumables are; manage purchases through your Apple ID / App Store settings.
- Refund requests are handled under Apple’s refund policies.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the App, reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, or interfere with its operation.
- Use the App for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to bypass Points or purchase systems.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, bundled sticker/template assets, branding, and software are owned by the App provider or its licensors. Stickers and templates are licensed for personal use within the App and for exporting your own boards. You may not redistribute the raw asset packs as a standalone product.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Local storage can be lost if you uninstall the App or if the device fails—export important boards when needed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. By using the App, you also acknowledge that policy.
10. Changes & Termination
We may update these Terms or the App features. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. We may stop offering the App or suspend access where required by law or Apple platform rules.
